- Execution of post fixture tasks for all chartered and operated vessels.
- Building strategic operational plans for each voyage, providing information to clients through data collection, maintaining checklists to ensure that contractual deadlines are met and targets achieved, maintaining operating budgets for time/voyage charter vessels, design and preparation of cash flow and satisfactory profit and loss ratios on a continuous basis.
- CP editing and finalizing, vessel vetting systems, bunkering, port management, monitoring of loading/discharging, cargo and vessel surveys, claims handling, insurance handling, laytime calculations and voyage closing report.
- Handling of loading and discharge supercargo if needed.
